Exchange and returns for goods purchased in the e-shop

Send goods for exchange or return only to our brick-and-mortar stores in Prague and Brno.

• You may exchange goods within 30 calendar days of delivery without giving a reason.
• You may return goods within 14 calendar days of delivery without giving a reason.
• We will refund the returned goods to your specified bank account usually within 6–7 business days, but no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.

You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• the goods have not been worn or used
• the goods show no signs of damage or wear
• the goods include intact original packaging, tags and accessories
