Delivery of goods 

• The seller will dispatch the goods to the buyer, usually within 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation, unless a different delivery period is specified for the item. If the item is marked “in stock”, the seller will dispatch it within two business days. The buyer is obliged to accept and pay for the goods. The buyer is advised to check the goods as soon as possible upon receipt.  

 

• Documents relating to the goods, in particular the tax document, confirmations and certificates, will be sent by the seller to the buyer immediately after the goods are received, but no later than within two business days from the consumer’s receipt of the goods. We send an electronic invoice for the purchased goods to the customer’s email, which the customer agrees to by accepting these terms and conditions.  

 

• Upon the buyer’s request, the seller will confirm in writing the scope and duration of the seller’s obligations arising from defective performance and how the buyer may exercise the related rights.

• Personal pickup – If the customer has chosen pickup at the store, the customer will be contacted when the goods are available and informed about the possibility to collect the goods. Please wait for an email and SMS message informing you about pickup; the goods cannot be collected earlier. Please note that the right to return goods within 14 days also applies to goods collected at the store or pickup point. 

 

Dispatch of the order:

• The customer will be informed by email about the dispatch of the goods; the shipment is usually delivered on the day following the email confirmation of dispatch. Česká pošta /Courier will contact the customer on the day of delivery using the phone number provided in the order. It is possible to arrange a different date or place of receipt. For Česká pošta, if not delivered to the customer, the parcel is stored for up to 7 business days at Česká pošta branches.
